2. Course Access & Usage

• Access credentials are personal and non-transferable

3. Payment & Refunds

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)
• Payment is processed through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
• After 7 days or 10% course completion, refunds cannot be issued

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not engage in any form of cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty
• Not interrupt or disrupt course sessions or other users' experience
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Placement Guarantee Terms

• Placement guarantee applies only to students who complete 100% of the course content
• Students must attend at least 80% of live sessions
• Placement assistance is provided but does not guarantee job offers
• Final job offer depends on company requirements and your performance in interviews
• VSI facilitates connections but is not responsible for hiring decisions

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, lecture notes, problems, solutions, and any other content provided by VSI, are protected by copyright laws. Users may use this content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

VSI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data, loss of income, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modification of Terms

VSI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

VSI reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts that violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior. Termination may result in loss of access to course materials.
